Recomiendo el foie (“Lingote de Oro”) que es impresionante y creativo. Es un lugar para disfrutar de la comida de estilo moderno español. There is another room at the back, sheltered from prying eyes. Both are connected by a narrow corridor. The corridor is narrow because in it, is the cellar, by the way, seen, as well as the kitchen. As for the menu, it is not eternal, thank God. A lot of signature pinchos, as is logical, and to complete some rice dishes and salads.
The service was very good, recommending dishes off the menu, as it should be, and also recommending wines, as it should be, but not interfering in the final decision. An efficient kitchen, presenting the service dishes with just the right amount of time between them.
Between the fact that it was dinner time, and that we were in a place specialized in tapas, our order was not copious and we decided to share all the dishes. Besides, we had to try typical Asturian dishes, as I told you, the purpose of the trip was not gastronomic and we had just enough time. We started with the recommendation of the service, a peach gazpacho with crispy shrimp, which I found spectacular in presentation and taste.

Open secret breakfast
We really like Taberna del Zurdo and it had been a few months since we visited them, specifically, we know it was 12 weeks ago since we uploaded all the photos on our instagram. So the time without going to visit them and the desire to make a hole in GdeGastronomía have led us there.
It deserves to be mentioned the decoration and architecture of the place mixing casual, elegant and simple with a perfect fusion giving the room a very chic and comfortable touch. THE HIGHLIGHT: the kitchen and the wine cellar “in sight” with glass.
THE DETAIL: La Taberna Del Zurdo gives the diner the possibility to order whole or “mini” portions. We love places that offer this option because we can try a little bit of everything and order more dishes. (GdeGlotonería)
